Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, our shipping process begins and we can’t make changes. Need a different item? Just place a new order or reach out to us.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact us right away so we can adjust it in time.
Why can’t I track my package yet?
Tracking updates usually appear once the carrier scans your package at the distribution center. Give it 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 4–12 business days, depending on your location.

Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email within minutes. If not, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. Still no luck? Contact us at info@bellezehouse.com.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@bellezehouse.com to start your return. Please note return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Has my return been received?
You can check with your tracking number. We don’t send a separate receipt notification, but your return will be processed within 1 business day after arrival. Without a tracking number, lost packages cannot be refunded.
